Guidelines and Agreement

Dear Potential Partner,

Thank you for your interest in becoming a partner of The Image Cartel. The following information will provide you with an understanding about The Image Cartel and what our expectations are for you in this very special relationship.

The Image Cartel....It's How The Stars Get Mass Appeal.

The Image Cartel is a full service Image Consulting firm serving the Entertainment & Sports industries. It consists of a carefully selected group of creative artist including hairstylist, make-up artists, fashion stylist, photographers and public relations professionals who work cohesively to assist our clients in developing and managing a marketable image.

Becoming a partner is not easy nor does applying guarantee a partnership. The Image Cartel applicants undergo a rigorous selection process which includes a background check which includes but is not limited to verification of work experience and reputation.. All partners must have verifiable experience and a strong portfolio that includes tear sheets and or published work from previous assignments. Annually, we re-evaluate our current partners and interview new candidates to determine who will best represent The Image Cartel and our clients.

We are not an agency! Nor do we do not accept solicitations from agencies. All candidates are selected as freelance artist, even if you are represented by an agent. Nor should you expect that immediately upon partnering with us that you will get work or that we will book you on a gig, remember we are not an artist agency. Partnering with us on a project depends on various factors including client interest and need. However, you can't work with us until your partnership is approved.

As a partner, you are not an employee of Davina Douthard Inc. or The Image Cartel rather you are an independent contractor. By becoming a partner, you will be registered with us and if we have an assignment that needs support in your area and your specific set of skills match our needs, we may contact you to assist us. Many of our clients travel worldwide and have companies internationally and we are often in need of support for projects and events our clients may be participating in or hosting in cities across the U.S. and abroad. That is where you, our partner, come in.
