1. Download and print the Copyright Release form.
   1. After completing this document, fax it to (310) 540-5258. Attention: New Membership Department.
   2. Submit images of your work via email to TICNewMember@davinadouthard.com in jpeg format. Please be sure to include your name in the subject line.
       
2. Complete the Creative Artist Application online form.
    
3. Complete the Guidelines and Agreement online form.
    

If your work meets our standards a representative will contact you to complete your membership.

Minimum Qualifications: Must have relevant experience in your field with verifiable references, a strong portfolio and excellent work ethics.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.
